Baby #3: Week 22

Baby Size: Spaghetti Squash! About 11" head to bootie!
Total weight gain: About 11 lbs.
Maternity clothes? Nothing new
Stretch marks? No new ones; just the few little ones from before.
Sleep: About the same. Same nights are worse, some are better. Back is starting to hurt more as I get/sit up.
Workouts: Going great. I took some time off while on a work trip, but hopped right back into it. It feels so great and I strongly believe it's why my back hasn't hurt as much...until recently!
Diet: Still getting lots of water in. Eating lots of these fabulous Summer berries and fruits. Loving watermelon (but not like I didn't before! hah!).
Haven't mentioned previously, I don't think, but we have been plant based since last year, and it's been going great, even for this pregnancy. For those who might be curious, yes, my doctor knows and yes, I've done plenty of research and learning and it is completely healthy (in fact better!). I have plenty of nutrients, vitamins and minerals; everything I need. I love knowing that my baby is super healthy getting all of those nutrients, and growing strong!
Food cravings: None really; kind of disappointing! haha! I wish there was something I craved. If anything, it's opposite. Nothing in particular ever sounds good (or bad, really). So that makes me even more indecisive!
Anything making you queasy or sick? Nope! But my nose has been particularly on point! I smell EVERYTHING, and so much more potently than before!
Gender: Boy
Labor signs: Nope
Symptoms: The backache is starting to intensify. And so are the kicks! Which I'm so in love with!
Belly button in or out? In, but starting to poke out a bit.
Wedding rings on or off: On.
Happy or moody most of the time: Happy! but a few days of irritability. I think mostly because I've been overwhelmed with a big load of work I've taken on.
Best moment this week: Feeling the baby move more. He's quite the little kicker and I absolutely love it! I get so excited every time I feel a move!
Looking forward to: The next doctor appointment in a couple weeks.
